We are no chefs, no cooks and definitely no bloggers. We are foodies, or as Wiki says “new food experiences seekers” ☺ – we are professional eaters, connoisseurs of food and culinary enthusiasts.
Our surroundings are rich with history, tradition and good food. Our culture and heritage urge us to home food, family togetherness and sharing with friends. Balkan cuisine is light and heavy, gourmet and country, baked and fried, wrapped and roasted, but more importantly freshly produced.
Professional food eaters cook for professional food lovers
Our herbs are just picked from the garden, our jam is homemade with the neighbour raspberries, with recently caught fish and local markets’ fruits and vegetables.
We will show you tarator, shopska salad, moussaka and banitsa; tutmanik, patatnik, sarmas and boureks. Look for ingredients like olive oil, garlic, paprika, vine leaves, savory and off course fresh fruits and vegetables. We will offer you easy meals enriched with a pinch of Bulgarian taste. And the more you will watch the more you will wanna taste.
