Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella. Chop the almonds. Peel and slice the avocado. Add the pesto to the avocado and mix well.
Take serving plate and start arranging the salad, one slice of tomato followed by one slice of mozzarella. Add the avocado-pesto mix on top and decorate with the chopped almonds.
