400 g Beef
240 ml White wine
100 ml Vinegar
3 tbs Soy sauce
0.5 tsp Tarragon
0.5 tsp Whole cloves
A pinch of Ginger
2 cloves of Garlic
Black pepper
30 g dried Plums
20 g dried Apricots

Absolutely amazing taste due to the tender quality meat, the hint of alcohol and the bunch of gentle spices. Dried fruits sweetness as a final touch. A harmony of flavors and real must-try. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may keep the meat in the marinate of white wine, vinegar, soy sauce and all the spices for 24 hours. Thus, the meat will be extra flavored and tender
  • In addition, you may use some sugar or honey to balance the lightly sour flavor
  • The plate would go perfectly with a salad of marinated carrots and/or zucchini



Cut the beef into equally-sized cubes. In medium saucepan pour the olive oil and heat it. Add the meat and stew it for couple of minutes. Pour the white wine, the vinegar, the soy sauce and all the spices. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer, about 1 hour. Stir from time to time.


Add the dried fruits, either in one piece or sliced. Continue to cook, approximately for 30 minutes more. Pour some extra water if needed. Serve with fresh rosemary or thyme sprig and enjoy the gourmet taste.
