Take one big tomato and clear it off. Slice the tomato and mozzarella. Take a plate and arrange the salad by starting with tomato slice, followed by mozzarella slice. Repeat in this order until all products are over. The tomato should be upside down. Fix the “tower” with two wooden sticks. Add basil pesto over and finish with some fresh leaves of basil.
