500 g Chicken breasts
1 kg Potatoes
80 g Carrots
150 g Red peppers
150 g Tomatoes
3 tbs Celery
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper
0.5 tsp Red pepper
2 tbs Sunflower oil
100 g Parsley

Warm yourself with this nutritious chicken meal. Garden vegetables, rich broth, light meat. A traditional recipe that will give you cosy feeling and a taste of home. Then open the lid of the saucepan and see how all family members gather around the table. Chicken vegetables stew – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You can prepare bigger quantity of broth and save some freezed for later meals
  • You may put other types of vegetables and spices in addition



Pour 2 litters water in saucepan. Add chicken breasts and let it boil. Reduce temperature and keep cooking the chicken. Meanwhile wash and chop all vegetables. When chicken is almost ready, take it out and drain the broth. Tear the meat into medium size pieces. Return to the hot plate. Put the saucepan with drained broth and chicken pieces in.


Add carrots, red peppers, celery, tomatoes and potatoes. Leave at medium temperature until all is cooked well. Add black pepper, red pepper, salt and oil and cook for 10 minutes more. Sprinkle lavishly with fresh parsley at the end.
