  • Boil with the skin for richer result and then remove it
  • High quality protein meal with low calories
  • Remove the foam at the beginning of the boiling or filter the broth before adding the meat back

Boil the chicken meat with circle sliced carrot. Remove the boiled chicken meat from the water and tear it into small pieces. Put the meat pieces back in the water with sliced carrot. Add smashed vermicelli.

When the vermicelli is boiled /3-5 min/, flavor the soup with salt and pepper and remove it from the heat.

In a bowl mix egg and yogurt. Steer the mixture while turning into liquid. Grab a bailer of the soup and put it in the bowl with the yogurt and the egg. Repeat while temperature of the soup and the yogurt mixture are equivalent. Pour the yogurt mixture in the soup.

Sprinkle with sliced parsley and flavor with the juice from one lemon.
