- 2 Eggs

- 180 g Flour
- 5 g Cocoa
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 100 g Chocolate chips
- 200 g Mascarpone
- 50 g CherriesFresh

- You may prepare double portion of the cake and assemble it when needed
- Use dark or semi-dark chocolate chips as per your preferences of sweetness
- In addition, you can replace mascarpone with some whipped cream
Sift and add the flour carefully into the mixing bowl, then add the cocoa powder, the vanilla and the baking powder. Stir well with spatula until smooth mixture.
Cover with parchment paper the bottom of medium baking pan. Pour the batter in and put in preheat oven at 200 C for 35 minutes. Nearly at the end of the time, insert toothpick into its center and if it comes out clean and dry, the cake is ready.
Remove from the oven and leave aside to cool down.
