140 g Sugar
100 g Butter
A pinch of Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
200 g Flour
0.5 tsp Baking soda
250 g Chocolate chips

The day is full of chocolate with these crunchy and beautifully looking bites of happiness. Delicate vanilla aroma and brown sugar toffee fragrance are bursting within the house. Indulge in completely. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may mix semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips, for example
  • You can prepare the dough on the day before and store it in fridge. Bake right before guests’ arrival and have quickly an easy and fragrant chocolate dessert



Melt the butter. In medium bowl combine both brown and white sugar, the melted butter and the salt. Make several stirs, then add the vanilla. Crack the egg in and stir again.


Add the baking soda and the flour. Stir slowly with spatula to achieve homogeneous paste but do not overmix it. Put the chocolate chips in and mix carefully again.


Put parchment paper over baking pan and arrange the cookies. You may use ice-cream scoop or simply roll with your hands. Leave about 7 cm distance between the cookies.

Bake for 12-15 minutes in preheat oven at 180C or until edges get slightly brown. Cool completely and enjoy.
