4 Eggs
40 g Flour
10 g Vanilla

Firm on the outside, hot on the inside. The moment chocolate melts out gently of the crust brings real triumph. Not surprisingly an impressive dessert, yet ready only after few simple steps. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may use any type of muffin forms you have – silicon, ceramic or aluminum ones
  • You can bake it right after dough preparation or freeze it and have a quick option when you need a delicious dessert
  • Finally, garnish with ice cream of your choice and/or berries



Melt the chocolate and butter (separately or together). Add sugar and combine with melted butter. Stir well and cool down for several minutes.


Take aluminum muffins forms for single usage, grease and flour each one of them all around on the inside. Whisk the eggs. Pour the chocolate mixture into them. Whisk some more to homogenate. Finally add the flour and the vanilla essence and stir again.


It is important to distribute the chocolate mixture evenly into the greased forms so all of them get ready at one and the same time. Cook in preheat oven at 220 C for about 15 minutes, keep track when the soufflé starts to detach from the walls of the form. The result should be crispy crust and soft center.
