- You may use any type of muffin forms you have – silicon, ceramic or aluminum ones
- You can bake it right after dough preparation or freeze it and have a quick option when you need a delicious dessert
- Finally, garnish with ice cream of your choice and/or berries
It is important to distribute the chocolate mixture evenly into the greased forms so all of them get ready at one and the same time. Cook in preheat oven at 220 C for about 15 minutes, keep track when the soufflé starts to detach from the walls of the form. The result should be crispy crust and soft center.
