- 400 g Carrots
- 500 g Perch
- 200 g Pickles
- 300 g Onions
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 50 ml Sunflower oil
- Black pepper
- 4 sprigs of Hogweed
- 100 g Parsley
Healthy and rich clay pot fish meal. Soft veggies, bunch of spices, easy to cook recipe. Put everything in and let the magic begin in the oven. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!
- Always put clay pot in the cold oven and then turn it on
- You may substitute the fish with any type that is your favorite
- Serve with green salad for example
Wash and chop all the vegetables, clear the fish. Take the clay pot vessel and add tomatoes first. Put carrots and fish after. Add chopped pickles, onions and garlic. Flavor with sunflower oil, salt and black pepper. Distribute the green spices on top. Put clay pot in cold oven and turn on 250 C. Cook for about 1 hour.
