1 tsp juice Lemon
1 tsp peel Lemon

24 cherry Tomatoes
12 Mushrooms
6 Shallots
0.5 tsp Black pepper
2 tbs Parsley

Cut the pork into cubes and put these in a medium bowl. Add salt, strained yogurt, brown sugar, curry, turmeric, coriander, lemon juice and peel. Mix everything well. Foil the bowl and let the marinated meat cool in a refrigerator for 1-6 hours.


You will need 12 spits. Arrange them starting with an onion, pork, cherry tomato, mushroom, meat and so on until all products are over.


Set the pan at a high temperature. Grease with some oil, sprinkle with parsley and salt. Fry the spits until meat is ready with regular turning from all sides.
