Adjust Servings:
55 g Flour
3 tbs Cocoa
1 tsp Baking powder
110 g Sugar
1 Egg
80 ml Milk
0.5 tsp Vanilla
75 g Butter
60 g Chocolate chips

Double chocolate muffins

Chocolate deliciousness, perfect for breakfast, brunch or picnic. Soft texture, deep cocoa flavor. A recipe so easy to make. Double chocolate muffins – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • Always sift flour and cocoa for more refine result
  • Fill the muffin cups with equal quantity of batter in order to become ready simultaneously
  • Test readiness of the muffins by inserting wooden skewer or a toothpick in the center of a muffin. Furthermore, if the skewer comes out clean and dry, muffins are ready
  • Add some melted chocolate for even more brownie flavour




Take medium bowl to combine the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Stir well with spatula. In separate, large bowl mix the sugar with the egg and whisk intensely.


Pour the milk in the egg mixture and then add the dry ingredients. Stir well and flavor with vanilla essence and the melted butter. Stir. Add chocolate chips at last.


Take a muffin pan and put paper liners in every hole. Grease them with melted butter. Bake for approximately 20 minutes in preheat oven at 180 C. Let the muffins cool in the pan for several minutes and then remove them to a wooden rack. You may eat them hot or save some for later.
