Wash all the vegetables. Cut the green salad and slice the radishes. Chop the spring onions and garlic.

Boil the eggs, let them cool and slice them. Cut the sirene into cubes. Squeeze the lemon.

Combine all the vegetables in big bowl and season with the lemon juice and olive oil. Stir well.

Arrange on top with the cubes of sirene and the eggs slices.
