3 tbs Sunflower oil

200 g breast Chicken
200 g smoked Cheese
3 tbs Olive oil
2 tbs Basil

Pizza is always a hit. Homemade pizza is a piece of creativity with as many tops as people’s preferences. Homemade dough is a privilege for the family. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • This is regular bread dough, but you may rather use pizza dough
  • You can also make the pizza as big as you want
  • The toping is up to you
  • You can use rolling-pin for the shaping of the pizzas or you can make it with hands
  • Finally don’t forget to pre-heat the oven



Melt the yeast with pinch of sugar and the water. Sift the flour and mix it with the ready yeast. Stir it very well. Move the dough on a board or just on a flat surface. Knead the dough until it stops being sticky. Add the sunflower oil. Leave it to rest around 40 minutes.


Peel 2-3 tomatoes, cut to slices and put in a frying pan with the already heated olive oil. Stir until it gets thick. Add some salt and the basil. The sauce is ready.


Divide the dough on a few parts. Shape them in small flat pieces. Spread the sauce on top and bake in the pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes at 220ºC. Take out of the oven. Sprinkle some boiled chicken meat and smoked cream cheese and bring back until the cheese gets nice brown color.
