2 Bay leaves
100 ml Red wine
1 kg Tomatoes
Black pepper
200 ml Warm Water
1 kg Potatoes
1 liter Warm Water
100 g Olive oil
50 ml Milk
2 tbs Parsley

Unbelievably fragrant and juicy meal of tender pork, stewed veggies and beautiful red wine.  In addition, fluffy potatoes and fresh parsley, an elegant composition to make you full and satisfied. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may add some sugar to the red wine sauce to balance the flavor
  • You can start the meal on the hot stove and finish it in the oven or cook it entirely on the hot stove
  • Without a doubt, another perfect garnish would be rice



Wash and dry the meat. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the meat from all sides for couple of minutes. Chop the garlic and the onion. Add them together with the bay leaves and the red wine to the meat. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to simmer.


When the sauce reduces to half of its quantity, add the chopped tomatoes and 200 ml of hot water. Flavor with salt and black pepper and put the dish in the oven.


Peel and cube the potatoes. Put them in deep saucepan, cover with 1 liter water and some salt. Boil.
Drain the ready potatoes and mash them. Add the olive oil and the milk and mix all well. Season with salt.


Slice the ready meat and let it soak into the sauce. Serve a piece of it together with several scoops of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
