0.5 tsp Red pepper
1 tbs Sunflower oil

  • It is tastier if you prepare it with sunflower oil
  • Obviously it goes perfectly with homemade bread
  • You can eat it either with tomatoes or roasted meat

Grill the red peppers. Peel them. Strain them together with the garlic.

Press the sirene. Add the yogurt. Stir them very well. Add the red pepper and the mixture of the garlic and the grilled peppers. Flavor a bit with sunflower oil. Mix all together and have a nice pinkish color.

Serve with bread.
