250 g Carrots

Incredibly easy to make. Few simple ingredients in a single step of preparation. Soft, melting result full of fresh lemon flavor. Without a doubt – so delicious lemon chicken. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may use chicken fillet instead, but it won’t be as juicy
  • You can add spices as per your taste
  • Also – perfectly goes with white wine




Cut the vegetables on big pieces. Put them together with the chicken meat in the tin. Flavor with all the spices. Pour the lemon juice and the water. Add the olive oil. Cover the tin with foil. Roast in the oven at 220 C for an hour.
