30 g Lettuce
50 g Cucumber
100 g Tomato
200 g Marinated Fish
1 Egg

Green vegetable base, fragrant dressing and homemade marinated fish on top. Quick solution for fresh and in the same time nourishing salad. Perfect indeed for lunch or dinner. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may use vinegar instead of lemon juice
  • Replace with your favorite lettuce or rucula
  • Try to add even something spicy

Wash the vegetables and tear the lettuce. Cut the tomato into cubes and the cucumber into thin slices. Boil the egg and squeeze the lemon.

In big bowl, combine the squeezed lemon, the olive oil and the salt. Stir.

Take a plate and start with the lettuce. Arrange the sliced cucumber and chopped tomatoes.

Season with the dressing and place the marinated fish. Finish with the sliced boiled egg.
