Traditional Bulgarian vegetarian meal with tomatoes, red peppers, onion, eggs, sirene and parsley. Mish-Mash means “a mess” and sounds really amusing. Cooking is a real fun! Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

Fry the onion a little in sunflower oil. When it gets golden color add cubed tomatoes.

Bake the red peppers. Peel them off and slice in tiny pieces. Add the roasted and sliced red peppers when the tomato sauce is thickened.

Beat the eggs and add them to the dish while stirring. Flavor with salt and pepper.

Remove the meal from the heat. Sprinkle with sirene and parsley.
