2 Meringues
3 Oat biscuits
150 g Peaches

Mascarpone thickness and deep muscovado sugar flavor. Crunchy meringues and biscuits besides a hint of whiskey and freshness of peach. All combined to end as a beautiful mix. Muscovado delight – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • The secret of the dessert is in the brown muscovado sugar, don‘t replace it
  • You may substitute the heavy cream with milk for lighter version of the dessert
  • We recommend you to use whole grain biscuits, for example with sesame
  • You can soak the biscuits in the heavy cream-whiskey mix and then add them already moist in the bowl



Mix the mascarpone cheese with the muscovado sugar. Stir well. Combine heavy cream with whiskey and leave aside. Crumble 2 meringues into big pieces to the mascarpone mixture. Stir carefully to preserve meringues.


Arrange the layers. Start with 2 crumbled biscuits. Pour half of the heavy cream-whiskey mix. Follow with 2 tbs of the mascarpone-muscovado mix. Spread some pieces of chopped peach. Continue with the same layers of products once more and finish with peaches.


Mount and serve the dessert right before consumption as meringues tend to soften by the mascarpone and the crunchiness will fade away. You can try the dessert with bananas as well. In this case, sprinkle bananas with some fresh lemon juice drops to avoid darkening.
