A pinch of Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tbs melted Butter

  • Traditionally, serve with maple syrup
  • You can substitute butter with sunflower oil, for instance
  • You may fry them in any size in fact
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar as an option

Melt the butter. Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar. Pour half of the milk and stir. Add the flour portion by portion and stir carefully to incorporate it into smooth batter.

Add the baking powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Pour the other half of the milk and stir again. Finally mix with the melted butter.

Heat non-stick frying pan on high temperature. Pour some of the batter and cook until golden color, about 30 seconds. Turn and fry the other side for couple of seconds only.

Pile the pancakes on plate and spread some homemade jam on each one. Enjoy warm.
