Pears pecorino rucola salad

5 tbs Olive oil
3 tbs Basil vinegar
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Black pepper
0.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Honey
150 g Lettuce
100 g Rucola
3 tbs Walnuts
150 g Pears
60 g Pecorino

- Preferably tear the salad by hands to preserve its vitamins
- You can use other type of vinegar
- You can substitute the lettuce with other type of fresh salad and the walnuts with other nuts per your taste
Wash and tear the salad to pieces by hands. Slice the pear and pecorino. Chop the walnuts.
Chop the garlic clove. Prepare the dressing by mixing one by one olive oil, basil vinegar, garlic, black pepper, salt and honey. Stir well to homogeneity.
Take a big bowl and place lettuce and rucola inside. Flavor with dressing all over and stir carefully. Intensive stirring will affect the fresh look of the salad.
Make a portion in a plate by placing the salad first, then scatter some walnuts above. Decorate on top with the slices of pear and pecorino. Finish with some olive oil drops for richness and brilliance.
