  • You can mix potatoes and eggs cold or hot, delicious each way
  • You can add other vegetables or chopped meat instead
  • Good to be stored at a refrigerator for 3-4 days

Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them. Boil two eggs and when ready, cut them also into cubes. Do the same with pickles.

Mix boiled potatoes and pickles in a salad bowl. Add the mayonnaise to the salad. Flavor with salt and black pepper. Add the boiled eggs on top.
