- If you use dry thyme reduce to 1 tbs because dry herbs are more concentrated
Cover the baking pan with baking foil. Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes in oven at maximum degrees. After that remove the foil and return in the oven for 10 more minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and add the fresh thyme. Cover the hot potatoes and thyme with the baking foil for up to 10 minutes.
