What can hardly beat a classic dessert

This soft and creamy classical dessert will awake your childhood memories. Prepared and served in an individual cup for personal doze of pleasure. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • Boil rice in step 1 to a mid-ready stage and then add milk and sugar
  • Stir constantly while on hot plate to avoid burning
  • If you use ceramic cups, start baking in cold oven, if you use aluminium single usage cups, you can start baking in pre-heat oven as well as in cold one
  • You can prepare it in advance and refrigerate it



Take a medium pot and add rice with 1 tea cup of warm water. Boil until water is absorbed. Add the pre-heated milk and stir gently. Add sugar and boil for about 10 more minutes.


Whisk 2 egg yolks with ½ tea cup of water and add slowly to the mixture. Stir and after boiling, let it simmer for 5-10 minutes at a low temperature. Put vanilla in.


Arrange ceramic cups in large baking dish with water for the bain-marie. Pour the mixture evenly in them. Cook for about 30 minutes until brown crust on top. After taking out from the oven, let them cool at room temperature. Serve cooled down.
