Roast the red peppers and peel. Wash and chop the tomatoes, garlic and parsley. Take medium saucepan and put oil in. Add garlic and tomatoes and cook about 20 minutes. Flavor with salt, black pepper and savory and simmer the sauce 5 minutes more.

Arrange the roasted red peppers in a plate. Spread tomato sauce over. Spinkle lavishly with fresh parsley.
