Main dish

  • Spicy

Tender and juicy meat star

  • 2 h 30 min
  • Serves 4
  • Medium

Quick recipe with impressive result. Marinated tenderloin scented incredibly due to garlic and rakia. In addition, low in fat, juicy and delicate – our roasted pork is a true meat star. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may use dry thyme for more intense aroma
  • Rakia is a very strong fruit brandy
  • Larding is making small cuts in the meat and putting spices inside for flavoring it (for example garlic, rosemary, etc.)

Lard the pork fillet in the baking tray. Use sharp knife and make small cuts all over it. Slice the garlic and fill the cuts with it. Rub the fillet with salt and black pepper and pour over the rakia. Foil the bowl and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.

Mingle in a small vessel thyme, cummin, soy sauce and mustard. Mix it well. Take the meat from the fridge, remove the foil and place it over aluminium foil. Spread the marinate lavishly everywhere.

Pack the meat tight and return to baking tray. Add water and bake for 1 hour at 180 C. Remove foil and bake about 15 minutes more for a nice crust. Serve at thin slices covered with sauce. Garnish with potatoes or other roasted vegetables.
