  • Use aluminum foil to roll the meatloaf and secure the intact form
  • Cut the meatloaf after cooling down
  • Finally, serve with fresh salad or potato salad

In medium bowl combine the minced meat with one raw egg, the onions and 10 g of the bread crumbs. Season with salt, black pepper and the savory. Knead everything well.

Boil the carrots into salted water and cut them into stripes. Separately boil three eggs. Slice the mushrooms, the pickles and cut the parsley.

Place aluminum foil over flat surface. Spread the mince into rectangle 1 cm thick. In the middle of it arrange the pickles, the parsley, the mushrooms, the carrots and the boiled eggs.

Roll the mince as tight as possible. Put in baking tray and add some water and the sunflower oil around. Bake in preheat oven at 200 C for 45 minutes. Take out, remove the foil and sprinkle with the other 10 g of bread crumbs. Return to the hot oven for 10 minutes more.

Serve with fresh green salad, potato salad or baked potatoes.
