  • You may increase the amount of the pumpkin for more orange color in the salad
  • You can also serve as a side of a dish

Slice the pumpkin in thin pieces and bake over baking paper in a pre-heat oven at 200 C for about 30 min. Brown the pine nuts in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes.

Wash the spinach and put in a bowl. Add baked pumpkin. Flavor with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and pepper. Add sirene, stir well and sprinkle with pine nuts on top.
