  • You may use whatever type of sirene you prefer
  • Slice the butter or melt it in advance and then pour it over
  • Finally, serve with ayran or Sharena sol mix

In medium bowl whisk the eggs with the salt. Add the yogurt, the sunflower oil and the water, then continue whisking. Finally add the flour and the baking soda. Carefully whisk again to incorporate everything in one fine mixture.

Take non-stick baking pan and pour the mixture in. Crumble the sirene over. Put in preheat oven at 180 C for 25 minutes. Just before getting ready, take it out and spread the butter evenly all over it. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes so the butter can melt and moist lavishly the Shupla.
