400 g Yogurt
300 ml Water
100 g Butter

Smoked chicken dream – looks really yummy. Soft meat in rich sauce of melted butter and smoked cheese. In any case, save the idea in your recipe book. Soo Foodies with Soo Foodies!

  • Still, you may replace with any cheese of your taste
  • If your pan does not have a lid, cover with aluminum foil
  • Put ceramic pans always in cold oven, as noted before
  • The dish fits perfectly with red hot peppers and green salad




Clean and cut the chicken into big pieces. Slice the smoked cheese and the butter. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Take baking pan and start with layers. Place the chicken first, follow with the mushrooms, slices of the butter and flavor with some salt and black pepper. Continue with layer of smoked cheese and put again chicken, mushrooms, butter and spices. Finish with smoked cheese.


Whisk the yogurt and water together in bowl and add a bit of black pepper. Spill carefully the yogurt sauce over the meal and press slightly with fork to soak well. Cover with lid and bake for 1 hour. Serve hot and enjoy.
