600 ml Water
3 tbs Olive oil

Quick recipe that surely everyone can do it. Homemade bread that fills the house with cosy aroma bringing a recollection of a mother’s and/or grandmother’s time. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may experiment by adding different spices in the dough – thyme, savory, fenugreek
  • Quick and easy as no time for rising is necessary
  • Perfect for the fasting period, for example

Sift the flour in big bowl. Add the baking soda, the salt and the sugar. Make well in the middle and slowly add the whole amount of water. Stir well until dough is formed. Pour the olive oil over and knead it by hands over flat surface.


Take baking pan (preferably with removable ring) and place parchment paper inside. Place the dough and shape it tight on pan’s sides. The dough will not rise so no extra time is needed.

Bake in preheat oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
