50 ml Olive oil
3 tsp Red pepper
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp mix of fenugreek, thyme, salt, black pepper and Savory
2 tbs Dill

Spring potatoes with spices

Baked potatoes are amongst the most favorite meals. Fresh ones in the spring are just a must. Tender, a bit of sweet, with delicate skin on. Quick and healthy recipe, entirely in the comfort zone of everyone in love with cooking. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • Garnish with fresh spices like spring garlic and/or yogurt sauce
  • Sirene is another perfect companion of potatoes
  • If you perform the recipe with old potatoes, bake for 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil and then 10 minutes more without foil



Give the potatoes a good deal of washing as they will remain with their skin on. Try all potatoes to be similar size so they get ready at one and the same time in the oven.

Put all the potatoes into the baking tray and add the olive oil and dry spices in. Use fingers to flavor from all sides.


Put in preheat oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with fresh dill. Slightly stir and serve with spring garlic and yogurt sauce.
