Carve two big potatoes with a knife and a spoon and put a piece of buttering each of them. Put the potatoes in a small tray with little water on the bottom. Cover the tray with aluminum foil. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes at maximum degrees.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and fill them with sliced olives, pickles and smoked cheese. Return the dish in the oven for 5 more minutes until the cheese melts.

Remove from the oven and place one egg in each potato. Return in oven until the eggs are baked.
