200 ml Milk
250 ml Sunflower oil

  • You can use cinnamon sugar, maple syrup or honey instead of powdered sugar
  • Easy recipe – you need only one bowl together and one frying pan
  • Make these any size you like

Take a bowl and add eggs, brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk them well. In the same bowl, add flour, farina and baking powder. Whisk again. Pour the milk, bit by bit, if necessary. Stir until smooth homogeneous mixture. The result is not too liquid and not too dense dough.

Take frying pan and add oil. Heat at high temperature. With two spoons, sip one by one portions of the mixture. Fry for about 5 minutes each till golden brown crisp. Take out the ready aeroballs and lay them over kitchen paper to soak in the extra oil. Transfer to a new plate and powder with sugar. Serve warm.
