Homemade, quick and easy, the Sirene eggs dip has many pros indeed. Combines perfectly with fresh salads, bread and wine. To sum up, proteins and freshness side by side. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may also use other type of sirene
  • Fasten the cooling process by placing the boiled eggs in cold water
  • Add garlic if you like its scent. It combines very well with the dip
  • Serve with fresh salad and/or bread buns

Boil the eggs and let them cool a bit. Peel and chop into medium bowl. Crumble the sirene over. Use fork to mix everything well. Flavor with red pepper and olive oil.

Wash and chop the spring onions. Add them to the mixture and stir again with the fork. Ready to serve.
