- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tbs Baking powder
- 70 g Butter
- 100 g Biscuits
- 450 g Apples
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 65 g Walnuts
A cake so easy and delightful. Crispy base, aroma fruit filling and soft crust. Perfect companion of the coffee or tea. Serve as breakfast, snack or dessert, either way everyone will be pleased with it. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!
- You may use whatever type of biscuits you like, even cocoa ones
- Try the cake also with pears and/or mix of apples and pears
- In addition, you may serve with scoop of ice or whipped cream
Wash, peel and cube the apples. Flavor them with the cinnamon and mix with the chopped walnuts. Stir to homogenate. Put the apple mixture evenly over the biscuits. Finally, pour the batter.
Bake in preheat oven at 180 C for 50 minutes until golden brown. Take it out and let it cool a bit. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon on top.
