  • You may use whatever green salad you prefer
  • We recommend sheep sirene or blue one indeed
  • In addition, try also with pine nus

Wash and drain the rucola. Slice the peaches into crescents and line them up in heated frying pan. Put on the hot stove to grill about 3 minutes on each side. Crumble the sirene.

Take serving plate and place the rucola first. Flavor with the olive oil and the vinegar and mix well to absorb spices. Arrange the grilled peaches in circle above. Sprinkle with the sirene and the sunflower seeds.
