Put the pasta into boiling water with a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Do not over boil, keep it al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients in blender and process until smooth paste. Pour additional water if you prefer more liquid consistency.

Transfer the pasta into bowl and mix it well with the sauce. Serve and decorate with cherry tomatoes and sprinkled pine nuts.
