Wash and slice the radishes into thin pieces, chop the fresh garlic. Take bowl and combine the vinegar, the olive oil, the chopped garlic, the cummin, the black pepper, the oregano and the salt. Stir well the dressing and add the radishes in. Mix everything carefully. Give the salad some time in a refrigerator to become well-seasoned. Take out for 10 minutes at room temperature and serve.
