- 2 Eggs
- 130 g Sugar
- 200 g Yogurt

- 0.5 tsp Vanilla
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 100 g Chocolate chips
- 250 g CherriesFresh
One bowl cake. Easy to make batter, 2-ingredients ganache and the easiest topping ever with fresh cherries. Rich taste and simple preparation, a very successful combination indeed. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!
- Better keep the eggs and yogurt at room temperature in the beginning
- Wait until the cake completely cools down before pouring the ganache
- Let the ganache set a bit before arranging the cherries. You may put it in fridge to cool down faster
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and/or decorate with fresh mint if you like
Take round cake pan and line its bottom with parchment paper. Pour the batter in and put in preheat oven at 200 C for 35 minutes. Check readiness with toothpick inserted into the center, it must come out clean and dry.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 5 minutes. Then transfer to cool completely on a wooden rack.
