In medium bowl mix the heavy cream, the parmigiano and the olive oil (heat it for couple of minutes on the hot stove first). Mix them well.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice and put them in the baking pan. Cover with the cheese mix and stir to soak well. Add the garlic cloves and the rosemary sprigs. Bake for 30 minutes in preheat oven at 180C.
