Summer is always better with fresh food for happy moments. Full attention to basil, tomatoes, rucula, olive oil and baguette. Summer bruschetta – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

Cut the baguette into 12 slices. Sprinkle some olive oil over them. Bake for 5 minutes at 200°C only on top heat so they will get crispy.


Peel the fresh tomatoes and cut them on small pieces. Cut the dried tomatoes the same way. Mix with rucola, pesto sauce and the fresh basil. Sprinkle plenty of the mix over the already baked baguette slices.
