  • You may roll the pastry sheets with the filling instead of placed one above the other
  • You can dust with powdered sugar for additional sweetness

Grate the pumpkin into a big bowl. Fry it in 100 g oil until it gets soft. Add sugar and walnuts. Stir constantly.

Start with 2 sheets of pastry and spread some oil over them. Continue with filling, pastry again, oil and filling until all products are over. Finish with 2 sheets of pastry and oil. Cut in rhombuses and bake in pre-heat oven at 180 C for about 50 minutes.
