400 g Spinach
30 g Butter
150 ml Milk

Creamy spinach soup

Creamy spinach soup is just the boost of green energy you need. Freshness in abundance from the garden. In other words, more vitamins in the plate. Make the final touch with topping, different each time if you like. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may try also with one table spoon of yogurt or crumbled sirene on top
  • Choose croutons some time. Release your imagination in presentation of the meal




Wash and chop the potatoes and the onions. Take deep saucepan and put them in. Bring to boil in hot water and flavor with salt. Reduce heat to medium and stew for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile wash the fresh spinach. Gently add it to the vegetables in the saucepan with some more water. Stew again for 5-10 minutes. Withdraw from hot plate and blend everything to smooth homogeneous texture.


Add the butter and the milk and stir well to get fully absorbed. Return to hot plate for final 10 minutes.

Serve hot with mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds and pine nuts sprinkled on top.
